Chef de Partie- Wild Strawberry Cafe
The chef will work alongside our Head Chef, helping to run our small but busy kitchen, producing rustic but delicious food, made from scratch with attention to detail. They will have previous kitchen experience but we are willing to consider someone with less experience who is keen to learn. We have a small, seasonal menu, which changes depending what is available on the farm and from local suppliers so would suit someone with a genuine passion for top notch ingredients and seasonality.
Hourly rate dependent on experience.
A particular interest in patisserie would be a great advantage since we make all our own cakes.
Generally full time hours but needs some degree of flexibility to adapt to seasonal changes.
Hours are approximately 7.30am-5.30pm and include working weekends.

Front of House Supervisor- Cafe and Events
We have a job vacancy available for a part-time cafe supervisor starting in April 2019.
The role would involve working alongside our full-time supervisor to supervise the day-to-day running of the cafe as well as a number of events.
The successful applicant will ideally have hospitality experience either in cafes, restaurants or events at a supervisor level. However, we would consider someone with less experience if they were able to demonstrate key skills.
Hours will be shift based and will include Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday on a regular basis. There will also be additional ad hoc shifts during busy periods and when we have additional events. Availability to work weekends is crucial but this will not always include evenings (normally day-time shifts).
Could suit someone currently studying and looking for some extra work or someone looking to progress in the hospitality industry.
Our events are bespoke and completely unique and include everything from unique private parties to supper clubs, workshops, pop-up cinemas and festivals. This role would suit someone with a genuine interest in this unique and creative environment.
