Chef de Partie- Wild Strawberry Cafe

The chef will work alongside our Head Chef, helping to run our small but busy kitchen, producing rustic but delicious food, made from scratch with attention to detail. They will have previous kitchen experience but we are willing to consider someone with less experience who is keen to learn. We have a small, seasonal menu, which changes depending what is available on the farm and from local suppliers so would suit someone with a genuine passion for top notch ingredients and seasonality.

Hourly rate dependent on experience.

A particular interest in patisserie would be a great advantage since we make all our own cakes.

Generally full time hours but needs some degree of flexibility to adapt to seasonal changes.

Hours are approximately 7.30am-5.30pm and include working weekends.
