Introducing Claude Paillet from the Nags Head Restaurant at Feast on the Farm!

We are delighted to announce ‘Feast on the Farm,’ taking place at Peterley on 14th and 15th October 2017. This brand new festival will celebrate the amazing producers, chefs and food culture of The Chilterns. The weekend will be packed full of food, talks, workshops & supper clubs and demonstrations held in our beautiful greenhouses and farm grounds.

We are pleased to reveal our first local chef that will be exhibiting at the festival… the talented Claude Paillet from the Nags Head Restaurant in Great Missenden. Based in a 15th Century contemporary styled pub, this restaurant and hotel has been featured in the ‘Top 55 Cosiest County Pubs in Britain’ by the BBC Countryfile Magazine.

The Nags Head uses only the finest produce available and where possible, sources it from local farms and suppliers. An example being the scrumptious Seven Seeded Artisan Bakery based in Watford, where the most delicious handmade sourdough bread and viennoiserie are crafted. Claude has been voted “Chef of the Year” twice by the Publican Magazine and creates Anglo-French fusion food to tempt even the most discerning of taste buds. Using the best quality ingredients ensures a brilliant dining experience that guarantees customers return time and time again.
