Back by popular demand our biscuit-decorating workshop has returned, this time celebrating all things summery! Think sunglasses, jazzy swim shorts and pineapples – you’ll learn how to make your own beautifully iced biscuits in this hands-on workshop. Experienced chef Shannon Colman from ‘Teacups and Tandems’ will take you through the fundamentals of icing, flooding and perfecting your biscuits, as you decorate your summertime sweet-treats!
Enjoy the atmospheric surrounds of our new greenhouse venue, twinkly festoon lights and foliage, and sip on chilled prosecco (non-alcoholic elderflower also available) as you ice. Delicious seasonal canapés handmade in our Wild Strawberry Cafe will also be served throughout the evening. You will take home a box filled with your 5 biscuity creations, as well as recipes, icing-tips and new-found confidence!

Shannon is an experienced chef and biscuiteer. She trained at Leiths School of Cookery and went on to work on super yachts before going freelance. She now works at the Wild Strawberry Cafe as well as running her business ‘Teacups and Tandems’, Shannon specialises in making bespoke iced biscuits and stunning wedding and celebration cakes.
